The 2022 IPPE, held in Atlanta, Georgia, earlier this year, was the perfect place to launch Amlan International’s new product portfolio developed specifically for North American producers. During IPPE, Sarah Mikesell, editor of The Poultry Site, spoke with Dr. Wade Robey, now Vice President of Agriculture & Amlan Marketing, about the new product portfolio and what it means for the poultry industry.
Wade discussed how the removal of antibiotics from diets has challenged the poultry industry and created the need for natural solutions like those in Amlan’s portfolio that allow efficient production with great economics while also improving the sustainability of production.
Amlan also introduced two new products to their international portfolio at IPPE: NeutraPath™ and Phylox® Feed. Wade explained that these products are beneficial to producers looking to remove antibiotics or ionophores from rations and still maintain a good healthy immune status and efficiency of production.
