New additive portfolio for US market, increasing investments in product development and technical service in key global regions

The new year brought with it many growth opportunities for Amlan, and members of our team were excited to speak about them with Jane Byrne from Feed Navigator at IPPE last month.

We launched our U.S. product portfolio at the 2022 IPPE, and Heath Wessels, Director of Sales and Technical Service for North America, spoke with Jane about the great reception. “The portfolio includes AmSure™, which showed impressive results in a 2021 broiler field trial. All of our products undergo extensive research and testing before launch, including in-house at our innovation campus as well as with recognized universities and contract research organizations” said Wessels.

Our product portfolio centers around our very specifically mined clay mineral that we process using proprietary methods. Dr. Wade Robey, VP of Marketing and Product Development, explained that we also blend in other select ingredients with our clay, generating a broad range of gut health solutions that bring even greater value to producers.

Along with launching our U.S. portfolio, we have also invested in key global markets by expanding our sales, technical service and marketing teams. Fred Kao, VP of Global Sales, told Jane that China is a key development area for Amlan and the business has significantly grown in the past year.
